Hard surface required
Materials are dumped on concrete, asphalt, or packed gravel only. Soft ground, lawns, or muddy areas are not suitable drop spots.
10 ft overhead clearance needed
Our truck requires at least 10 ft of vertical clearance at the drop location. Low wires, tree branches, and garage door headers are common issues.
No street or road drops
Materials must be placed on private property. We cannot dump on public streets, road allowances, or laneways.
No indoor or covered drops
We cannot deliver inside garages, carports, sheds, or any covered structure. Drop must be in an open, accessible area.
Delivery window: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM
We confirm a 2-hour delivery window after your order. Minimum 24-hour booking notice required. Same-week often available.
Dumped in one pile — no spreading
We dump your material in a single pile at the requested location. Spreading, leveling, or moving material after delivery is not included.
