Junk Ace is a brand operated by Allen Capital Group (also operating as a numbered corporation under Ontario law). References to "Junk Ace," "we," "us," or "our" refer to this entity.
PRIVACY POLICY

When you use our website or book a service, we may collect:

- Service address and delivery details
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
- Photos you upload to describe your project
- Usage data collected automatically via Google Analytics (anonymized)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process bookings and coordinate trailer delivery and pickup
- Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, reminders, invoices)
- Process payments via Stripe
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe. Junk Ace / Allen Capital Group does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment information is handled.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This service may place cookies on your device. The data collected is anonymized and used solely to improve the user experience. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. Data Retention
We retain your booking records and contact information for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy our accounting and legal obligations under Ontario law. You may request deletion of your personal data outside of this mandatory retention period by emailing us.
6. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent for non-essential uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@junkace.com.

TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Allen Capital Group (operating as Junk Ace).
2. Services
Junk Ace provides dump trailer rental services in Eastern Ontario. Our standard rental includes delivery, a 3-day rental period, pickup, and 2 tonnes of disposal. Additional charges apply for overages, extra days, restricted materials, and add-on items as disclosed at time of booking.
3. Booking & Deposits
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and is charged via Stripe. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: full deposit refund
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: deposit is forfeited
- Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability
5. Restricted Materials
The following materials require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees: concrete, asphalt shingles, and dirt/stone. Hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, biological waste, propane tanks, and other regulated materials are strictly prohibited. Loading prohibited materials into our trailer may result in additional charges, service refusal, and recovery of remediation costs.
6. Weight Limits & Overages
Each rental includes 2 tonnes of disposal. Overages are charged at $129 per additional tonne (prorated). By accepting these terms, you agree to pay any overage charges calculated at pickup.
7. Property & Placement
You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible location for trailer delivery and for obtaining any permits required by your municipality for placement on a public road or right-of-way. Junk Ace is not liable for damage caused by the trailer to surfaces, driveways, or structures that are inadequate to bear the weight.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allen Capital Group (Junk Ace) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
